Richard’s specialties include luxury home marketing, new home sales, coordinating sale of an existing home and the purchase of your new home.

Marketing a home is his passion! He believes in marketing every home like a luxury home. Richard has been recognized for his outstanding client care, listening, and service to his clients.

Richard has been selling real estate since 2005 and has a degree in Chemical Engineering from Arizona State University, a Masters in Business and has a Real Estate Broker’s License. He is great with numbers and negotiating offers in his clients’ favor.

His hobbies are skiing, tennis, walking, going to the beach, sunsets, playing with his dog. He especially enjoys gourmet cooking and learning new things He is involved with Kiwanis and getting books to children throughout the area.
