Ric negotiated a good deal for us on a house that checked all our boxes, the one we live in now. Ric along with Christie advised us on the specific remodeling that we needed to do on our original home prior to putting it on the market. And, most amazing to me, Ric took full responsibility for buying the needed material and hiring the people to do the work. This resulted in a quality mini-remodel at a reasonable price, and all we needed to do was write the checks.

“It Was As Easy As Breathing!”
Thanks to Christie and Ric, I had a wonderful experience of selling my house in Cardiff. I purchased the home in 1978 and lived there until 1986 when I took a job in Hawaii. In 1997, I thought of selling and made arrangements to meet with realtors in the area. The first realtor I met was Christie. She is competent and very likable, and after meeting her, I cancelled all of my other appointments. I had found my realtor. I decided not to sell, but we kept in touch. For example, Ric called me a few years later when housing prices were falling and suggested a way of capitalizing on my investment, but I was still emotionally attached to the house. The hardest step was the decision to let it go, but I called Ric in September 2011 and told him I was ready to sell. After that, Christie and Ric took care of everything – the tenant, the buyer, the escrow people, etc. Although I lived 2500 miles away, it didn’t affect our business in any way – it was as easy as breathing! Ric and Christie say it best of all in their “integrity” definition. I didn’t have a worry in the world when it came to selling my home. From the setting of the price to the collection from escrow, it was a piece of cake. If I had small worries, Ric or Christie easily explained them away. It was easier than buying a loaf of bread, when you have so many choices it leaves you comatose. I hope that I made it clear what a great experience dealing with Ric and Christie and their staff was.
