Concierge services help you sell your home faster and for a higher price with staging, flooring, painting, and more.
How does it work?
- We will work together to decide which services can increase your home's value the most and set an estimated budget for the work.
- When you're ready to start, we will be by your side when you engage vendors and commission work.
- Once your home's transformation is complete, it will go on the market.
- You'll pay for concierge services when one of the following happens: your home sells, you end the listing agreement, or 12 months after the start date of concierge services.

Our goal is for Concierge to help as many clients as possible. The program is intentionally flexible; we've developed Concierge to be used with most vendors for your convenience.
You’ll pay once one of the following happens (whichever occurs first):
- Your home sells
- You terminate your listing agreement with Compass
- 12 months pass from your Concierge start date
Contractors must meet all applicable state and local license, permit and insurance requirements. Contractors must be able to provide a W9 at the time of invoicing along with appropriate payment instructions. Additionally, contractors must meet certain insurance requirements identified in the Compass Concierge Services Agreement and complete some additional paperwork. Compass reserves the right to decline program access to certain contractors in its sole discretion.
